"E.ON no longer has a trust fund for customers who have debt on their accounts; however we have our Caring Energy scheme, this has a Hardship fund and this is designed to help customer with their energy efficiency within their properties. This fund helps towards the cost of services suchas:
cavity wall installation:
loft insulation:
and the replacement of old
appliances and boilers:
as well as help and advice on reducing their gas
and electricity usage and costs.
